Política de envíos

Hacemos todo lo posible para garantizar que todos los pedidos de artículos en stock realizados antes de las 16:00 se envíen el mismo día. Sin embargo, durante los periodos de mayor demanda, esto puede llevar algunos días más. Los pedidos realizados en fines de semana o festivos se enviarán el siguiente día laborable.

Puerto Rico: Los pedidos se enviarán de lunes a viernes excepto festivos. Todos los pedidos nacionales serán enviados a través de USPSo UPS en función de la selección de los clientes en la caja. Por favor, utilice las dos líneas proporcionadas para la dirección de envío.

Estados Unidos: Los pedidos se enviarána de lunes a viernes. Los pedidos se enviarán a través de USPS o UPS en función de la selección de los clientes en la caja.

Los pedidos internacionales se enviarán a través de UPS utilizando el servicio que el cliente haya seleccionado al realizar el pago.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. If the email is not in your inbox, don't forget to check your junk mail or spam folders. The tracking number will be included and a link to track the package. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Runway Skirts is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, incorrect, and or vacant shipping destination information. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped we are unable to alter the destination address. Client will be responsible for paying the redelivery costs.

Delivered But Not Delivered

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.

Refused or Missed Deliveries

Please don’t refuse or miss a delivery. For re-deliveries, client is responsible for shipping fees. Refused or missed deliveries won't be able to get a store credit.

Duties & Taxes

Runways Skirts is not responsible and has no control over custom inspections. Any customs import duties, taxes, fees or any other charges are the customers responsibility. Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
