Política de devoluciones

Si el artículo no te queda bien, estaremos encantados de cambiártelo. Aunque nuestro inventario se vende rápidamente y no podemos garantizar intercambios estarán disponibles en el tamaño que desee. Las devoluciones se reembolsan sólo a través de crédito en la tienda en forma de una Runway Skirts E-Gift Card. Runway Skirts no emite crédito en la tienda por los gastos de envío originales.

Por favor, ten en cuenta que Runway Skirts no acepta las siguientes prendas/artículos.

• All White and Ivory Clothing and Body Suits are Final Sale. Also Sequins and Rhinestone pieces are Final Sale.

• Accessories like belts, bags and jewelry are also Final Sale.

• Items on Sale, Holiday Specials, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and/or Final Sale can't be returned, exchanged or receive a store credit.

Las devoluciones deben estar en condiciones de venta y cumplir los siguientes requisitos;

• Items must be shipped out within 7 days after receiving your RMA number. As evidenced by the support email and courier's tracking information.

• Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and include original packaging with all the tags and labels attached.

• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or similar product stains/condition will be refused.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they're packed up properly. Also keep your proof of postage and Tracking Number.

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know when the exchanged piece will be shipped or receive the store E-Gift Card via email.

• In the rare case you received a faulty item, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Please include pictures of the damage /defect in the email.

• Store credit has one year expiration date.

• Runway Skirts reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Runway Skirts sole discretion.

¿Cómo iniciar una declaración en línea?

    1. Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to start your return.
    2. Siga las instrucciones y seleccione el artículo que desea devolver.
    3. Una vez aprobada la devolución, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación con las instrucciones de envío y el número de RMA. Los artículos deben ser enviados dentro de 7 días después de recibir su número de RMA.
    4. Una vez recibido el paquete, el proceso de devolución tardará entre 2 y 3 días laborables. Una vez procesada la devolución, se enviará una tarjeta electrónica de regalo a la dirección de correo electrónico indicada al realizar el pago. Si el correo electrónico no aparece en su bandeja de entrada, no olvide revisar sus carpetas de correo no deseado o spam.

Uso legítimo

• If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them. Ordering and returning pieces more than even our most loyal BFF's would, or the items returned don't match what you ordered. Then we may reserve our right to refuse any return and might have to deactivate your account. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Support and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
